View Customer Balances and Water Usage

Viewing Customer Balances
This tab is only available in DMS.
Use the Party module Balances tab to check the balances of any water accounts that a customer owns. The properties displayed are:
Property | Description |
|---|---|
Entitlement | Total allocation available for the season |
YTD Usage | Total year-to-date usage based on meter readings and any orders that have not yet been metered. |
Remaining | Total allocation less the YTD usage. |
Run a Water Usage Report for a Party
Run a Water Usage report for a selected property directly from the Parties module.
Note
If a party is the owner or operator for more than one property you will have the option to generate all the reports at once or choose which reports to generate.
In the Parties module, select the party for whom you want to run the report.
Click the Water Usage Report icon on the toolbar. The report will run in preview mode and open as soon as it is complete.
